meant to renew at FCS but i ended stood in the cliosport tent for 10 minutes waiting for someone to give me a form, sacked it off in the end........

I recorded the Clio part of the programme so I can watch it again anytime!!

Jas, i did, twice!!

I asked a lady there who went to get one for me,5 minutes later and im still stood there! didnt see her again, i did see you but you were busy with the laptop. To be honest i wasnt the only person who said that "our" tent was a little uninviting.....

Seeing as were new to this scene, how about giving us some ideas on how we can improve? Were always open to suggestions? (but im not going to go as far as standing by the entrance welcoming people in)

If the weather is nice enough (and it wasnt at the FCS) its much better to sit outside the marquee.

I didnt expect you to do that Jas! At least youre interested in feedback.

Suppose it would have been better if I could have just picked up a form instead of asking god knows who for one.

Would it not have been an idea to label the admin team up? Polo shirts with names on etc? Or have deignated areas in the tent so you know where to go for merchandise etc?

BTW Dont shoot the messenger, as I said a few people actually said the same thing!!

ok, fair enough. The polo shirt idea is in the pipeline, but as with all stuff like that, it costs, so we dont rush into it. I had a t-shirt with my name on it but as I made that, I was the only person who had one (cause it took flippin ages).

As for leaving forms around for people to fill in, we can do that, I think it would be best if we get a stand to put them in though. Anyone got any ideas where we can get a desk-top stand for A4 sheets? One of those perspex jobbies?

And since thinking about it I think the desk should be well away from other people sitting around so people arent worried about walking into a big bunch of people.
