If you go on their website there is a pdf document to help install the kit. As per pm, the tophat spacer fits onto the bottom of the bearing then slide onto the coilovers. The second spacer with the hex head iir, fits onto the top of the bearing. I'm not sure why your damper adjuster is fouling the bonnet, we removed everything bar the top coilover cover.
