Top mount kit, something missing?

Hi there, just purchased genuine Renault top mount kit and was wondering if I'm missing something?
Old one on the left next to new one. Do I require a spacer nut?

The bearing? When I purchased a replacement set for my old 172 from Renault I noticed that they had changed, fitted with no issues though.

Hi Greeny, I've got all the other bits in the kit, it's just this part that's different. But didn't know if it made any difference once fitted?
