torque setting for con rod bolts?

Anyone know the torque setting for the standard con rod bolts? Tried searching on here and no definitive answer.

standard bolts i assume? i "think" its 30nm stage 1 then 68nm stage 2, been a while since i've used stock bolts!

Have you bought new ones? Cause they arent intended to be re-used.

As per Fred I always use uprated ones, seems pointless buying new rubbish ones!

Was just looking for info if I get new standard bolts. Whats the cheapest can get arp bolts for? So far I've found them on engine dynamics @ £83 delivered? !

Give Roland Alsop a call, they are the cheapest for supertech valves so should be able to beat that price.

This question again, I've read the manual and says 25Nm + 110deg. Is this right? I know the ARP's torque for this bolts is 57Nm so the standard toque seems to be way higher.
