Torque wrench settings for alloys

Hiya guys
I need to know for a 172cuo what are the NM or ft/lbs of torque the wheel nuts should be tightened to?

I always go 75lbs/ft or approx 105-100NM.

Im looking to buy a new wrench but can't remember ..
I think it's a 1/2 wrench ?
Other common size is 3/8 but i don't think its that
