Torrent Leach

I have 3 invertations available for torrent leach.

Basically its a bit torrent forum with a private tracker so you can download stuff amazingly quick and always get loads of seeds and no waiting like you would with a public tracker.

the aim of the game is to download and then once finished keep the torrent uploading in your torrent program (ie utorrent) until it has received a good ratio. for example if you d/l a program at 2.5gb i would upload it to about 5gb and then delete it.

If you fail to stick to the rules i.e keep your ratio above a curtain amount then you will be banned and i could be banned so i will be careful on who i choose.

Why not use Usenet?. I like Torrents, but i don’t really want to waste bandwidth uploading unnecessary amounts of data when I don’t need to.

usenet is good i still use it on occasion but torrents are easier for me and having this means you can d/w at just the same speeds as a newsgroup.

Just to bump this I have 15 spare invites for

POTUK.

Half decent torrent site based in the UK good speeds and decent community. With all sorts available. Got a load of books on photography from there a while ago etc. But has literally everything you could want on there.

Tbh i don't rate torrent leach that much . I use it but it's no better than http://araditracker.com/ , same as torrent leach , you need to seed or get booted but you don't need an invitation

In my experience demonoid is just as bad as public torrent sites, as people just download and then f**k off :S

Always found oink to be a pain to seed on. Due to everyone overseeding great for downloads bad when your trying to keep a ratio up though.

Yeah overseed can be a pain in the backside to keep ratio when your torrent gets swarmed.

Yep he's talking about XDCC, I used to download using that when I was at Uni, some good speeds but the files aren't that extensive IMO, and amongst the good speeds there is some dog rough hosts, oh and queuing for files aswell....what's that about?!

Yep , XDCC , as in packetnews.com , xdccing.com

You can usually find the latest music on there , but like the hoff says , sometimes you can end up in a queue . I tend to cancel if i'm in a queue and move onto another pack

Always good to keep your options open imo
