Torsion bar dust caps

Simple really how the fook do you get them off !?!

mine are stuck on and dont budge !!

are supposed to just pop off, spray loads of WD40 behind them, leave them for a bit, and pull them off.

yea sprayed a load on yesterday when i tried getting them off was just wondering if there was any thing i could use to lever it off

get a screw driver behind it?

I use a screwdriver and a hammer to get mine off as mine have the outer lip you can hit. The first ones that were on there I had to cut off though as they wouldn't budge after ages trying. New ones are only about £1 from renault so if they won'y budge at all just cut a bitt off the edge and you will relieve the stress so that they come off easily.
