torsion bar lowering

need a guide ASAP as im going up to a garage soon, i no there used to be one but i cant find it, anyone no of one?

Its been posted god knows how many times, search for torsion bar

In simplist terms, support wheel, pull out bar, jack up desired amount, re-insert bar.....sorted
