Torsion bar (YORK)

ive recently had my car lowered 55 springs on the front an i think they dropped it about 50 on the back maybe abit less, but im wanting it lower so it sits level with the front.
since the torsion bar it self wont be seized anymore i dont really want to pay a massive amount of labour.

any one on here up for it?
