touque settings

if i dont have a wrench with a degree dail on it,,

the settings are stage 1 20nm
stage 2 180 degrees
stage 3 260 degrees

what would the end torque value be

i dont have a clue, but at a guess, it probably depends on the strength of the spring in the torque wrench. got a pic?

you cannot calculate torque values from the angle torque method.

180 deg is 12 o'clock to 6 o'clock.

260 is 10 deg under 12 o'clock to 9 o'clock

if your careful you can eye it, because the reason manufacturers use angle method is that it allows monekys with no clue some rate of success.
