Towing Eye

right i cant fit my towing eye with my current bumper on is there anyway i can move the bracket for it or place another one somewhere along the middle e.g engine subframe height wud be great so i can fit a towing eye for trackdays?

you can't weld to the subframe (zinc galvanised)

you can move the boss though no bother

ahh well when i get this qoute and try and sort my finances out i'll let you sort it out, cars booked into bodyshop end of jan having the number plate recess filled and smoother aswell as colour coding so its gonna be one evil track car. what spray did you use to spray the inside fred? i bought some hammerite spay in satin black and its crap

hammerite spary is crap

you need to roughly prime the areas with no paint or that are shinney paint

we used halfords primer and halfords satin black (cost about £70 in rattle cans to do the whole interior, but there wasn't a special offer on, 3 for 2 etc )

i know halfrauds are c*nts that special offer was on for ages i go to get some and it wasnt on and it was £9 for the hammerite stuff what a load of balls primer colour and laquer all in one my a*se, get paid on thursday i think its a trip to boys for some normal spray paint

any further with the qoute? and rough price? talking with a mate last night trying to guess how much it will total we gave up in the end lol

a lot is the answer! its hard to figure it all out inc labour as many jobs overlap

thats where we were stuggling as we cudnt work out labour, i'll probably try and book holidays in and be a skivvy while you work a pair of hands is better then none plus i like to learn whats being done i'm paying 15k off at the mo its down to 9 now so once its off i will atleast get another 15k hopefully that will pay for it - i hope lol

im talking new engine,pistons,con rod bolts,cams,tb's,omex.182 manifold,de cat,exhaust,oil cooloer,alu rad, and so the list goes on

new engine isn't neccessary, we can use an ex cup racer engine if needed

ah cool that wud be neat new box to mine engines got 15k on now, can you get holg of anthracite turninis? i dont know wheather to get 15's or 16's what best? k-tec is £630 for 4 in 15" in 45 profile tyres on
