toxic fumes

Hi My son has a 1.2 Dynamique. He says there's a warning light showing that there are toxic fumes. what could the problem be? Thanks.

Thanks Guys. I don't like the sound of that. Neither will my son. He's skint at the moment. I'll let you know what happens.

Lambda sensor is probably faulty fella, can give a false reading.
