Toxic warning light - Advice

Quick advice needed.

Got toxic fume warning light on. Car stutters around 1-2 rpm. Once car warmed up seems not to do this. Although when driving seems between 1-2 rpm car hesitates when accerlerating.

Any advice on this?

Possible coil pack. Lamba sensor has already been replaced.

TDc sensor maybe or the exhaust lambeda sensor as theyre trouble as well.

see if the lamda fault has returned. It might be the wiring not the sensor that is the problem
