How good are these in terms of road driving? I dont plan to track the car but ive spoken to a lad in Kwik Fit and he get me very good price:cool:

had them on my old 21 turbo....you wont get a better tyre for dry conditions,but in the wet they are a b**ch....still saying that im going for a set for the 172

Are they quite a soft grade tyre? f**k that then, what about Toyo Proxy Tr1's? They good? Resonably priced for the 195's

r888's are so sticky it makes me hard.. they are as soft as puppy sheeeite so getting 6k driving like miss daisey could be possible, but whats the point.. ive got a set and the aim is to kill them, track day in the pipeline:cool:

in the wet:quiet: drive slow, very slow, if the roads are wet and greasy its unreal..

T1R's are sexual, 8k+ on average with our style of driving, grips tip top, they can feather a touch, but nothing like eagle f1's..
