TPS reading 78% on WOT?

Quick question, is the above normal? As with my foot flat to the floor it's reading 78% and no more, common sense says it should be closer to 100?

if it is FBW, yep it is normal.

Airflow isn't directly proportional to TPS. Its not going to flow much more air at 100%. If 78% at full throttle is nornal, fair enough, but I'm surprised they only open it to 78%. Are you sure it not 78 degrees?

I'd imagine that the sensor gets calibrated at some point so that the ecu knows 78%=WOT

maybe its 78% correction?

90degrees would be WOT, if it was degrees.

That makes sense then as the throttle doesn't open 90degrees to the body.
