Track Slicks

my car is a Clio Mk2 Phase 1 sport. I have a set of Michelin 19 / 57 x 15 S9B slicks. can anyone tell me the best tyre pressure when cold and also when hot? Would it be different for front and rear?

i used to start mine off about 22psi front and 24psi rear,looking for about 30psi all round when hot.
but it can depend on your setup and driving style.
