Had my tracking done today. But they couldn't get the tracking to be correct with the wheel in the straight ahead position when driving.
They had the steering wheel clamped in the correct position. But as soon as I drive off to keep the car straight I have to turn slightly to the right.
The guy said when he adjusted the track rod on one side it moved the wheel on the other side a little bit even though the steering wheel was clamped.
They couldn't find any play in any of the usual suspects and nothing was bent. They said they hadn't seen anything like it before.
Any thoughts anyone?
There is a slight instability when cornering sometimes and it doesn't like those ruts in the road made by trucks.
