Tracking

The tracking has been off in my car for a while so I asked the garage to have a look at whilst in was in there having the breaks done yesterday.
When I picked the car up I was told that the tracking looked fine and was on "Zero" as it should be, which surprised me.
I jumped in my car and it still has an issue, when the steering wheel is straight the car is veering off to left.
Is there anything else that could cause this? Or are the garage just being crap?

I have the same problem on my Clio sport 200, Tracking laser alignment done at two different places yet I have the same issue. When I took the car back to have it checked again they said its the bottom ball joints that are shot.
I have been told its a specialist job because they are pressed in, any one done this job?
