Traffic Warden B*stards

Help! Evil b**ch of a traffic warden who hurled abuse at me when I asked her where I could park seems to have taken offence at my legal number plate and put it through the system as illegal!

Offence apparently happened on 24/10/2003 yet they only sent out the notice yesterday. Whats the time scale that they have to do these things within? Any ideas?

I hate traffic wardens.. drove off while one was writing out my ticket, parked just off Soho Square with about 30 seconds left on the meter..
