Tried Fitting JBL GT5-502 Speakers

  '14 Auris Hybrid ST
what do i have to cut and tape? are you saying i should rip the connector off that are connected from the cars wiring?

The great thing about speakers is the lack of current that travels through the wire, meaning you can play with it while its on, if you dont want to cut the connecter of the car just cut the connecter of the speakers and tape in the holes as said above, you cant really mess it up

well i probably could, but im an idiot haha

I fitted some infinitys yesterday. I cut the connectors then stripped the wire back, put it through the hole and wrapped it around

What size are them speakers? They look bigger than the 13cm standard size. If so you will have to do some cutting

Not necessarily, I've got 16.5s in without cutting. Just depends on cone shape. Ok mine aren't quite perfect but they're good enough and grill fits back on fine.

All depends on magnet size aswell. What speakers have ya got? I might put 16.5's in the rear

I agree, they won't win any competitions but if you just want new speakers, they are superb for the money.
