trip computer memory - how much can it store?

in the manual it says the trip computer will reset itself once the memory is full? has anybody ever experienced that? roughly how many miles is it?

10,000 miles well 9,999.9 then it resets to 0 agaian as such. It cannot hold number bigger than that on the display (since the point numbers arn't shown.

I bought a set of dynamique dials that did the exact same thing, was fine when driving but would reset itself upon restarting the car.

yup every 10k,mines just reset itself,much to my annoyance,managed to get the mpg up to reading 36.1 mpg lol

Either the battery is dead or the dasboard then there have been a few changed before now due to faults

mine resets everytime I restart the car. Never done it before until i changed my clutch, maybe i upset a connection or something any one have any idea?
