Weeman sucks ****
Hi
Got the offer of another 'cheap' trip out to Nurburg from Mr. r, my 3rd of 4th trip this year. So with the offer of a comfy ride out in a 1.2 clio, how could I say no!
Firstly, my friend Jon has a small obsession with booking early channel crossings. So, it was up at 3:45am with a view to get going at 4 on the dot, this got delayed by 10 orso...
Then onto the chunnel and onto the train, thought I'd spice things up a bit with some local cutlure from our destination
Once out of the other side, we made our way through some of the most interesting countryside and scenery I've ever seen (northern france & belgium, i s**t it) passing some random machinery and looking at the sun rise.
Had a quick p1ss stop and contemplated a bifi bar bt thought that could result in in-car FAILure. My friend looking very good, I might add
As ever, once off the great motorways of the lovely Belgium, we made our way into Germany where they know how to build hills and sh1t!
A long strraight road where we could really open up the beastly clio
Not a bad shot for me this one, especially while breaking the speed limit
I then called my other friend, got a load of abuse down the phone from him cos he has a weak drinking issue and got leathered the night before (more form him in a bit), so I let him get on with that and we pressed onto Nurburg. Decided to meet in the carpark as the VLN was on and is a great meeting place for any occasion.
Saw some random tat laying about
Then my hungover and grumpy northern friend turned up in his shed.
Hungry Dave!
We then made our way up to his hotel as I had a job to get out of the way. Jon kept moaning as it was taking a while to apply, but once done looked like this. Free advertising FTW
Once finished we made our way to watch the race, again saw some nice machinery laying about
roffle
mint!
Pussy on a bike, hi!
Some racing shots, those porkers are fcuking quick. I had AJ.
We then went for a walk up the hill, wait for me boys
Hold that fcuking stupid face you moody cnut!
One of the fan fair holding my favorite flag.
Sadly no pics form the evening out, wasn't a great idea to carry a camera especially as we had circa 17 beers! And tbh hardly no hangover, good beer FTW.
So next day we got woken by the most annoying sounds possible. A church at 7am and a fcukng air raid siren, get over it. Oh and it was foggy so laps could be an issue.
I slept on the left, him on the right. Now there's an offer I'm sure no girl could turn up.
Had a shower and pondered at our clio form the balcony
We then made our way up to meet grumpy b0ll0cks and saw a nice golf
Wasn't a major rush as the fog was still about. So we parked up and admired the cars, oh to have money...
See the fog still about at the end of the main straight
Thought about how I need a holiday
Dave had a p1ss
More cars, some old, some borrowed and some blue
Then went over to the carpark, saw more cars
My favorite
Look at me look at me
Dave got wood
"roof are for cnuts" said jon "i want that!!"
Hi
A kronenbird, body of a 16 year old, face of a 64 year old
Look at me look at me
Not bad
I then saw car purchased from my home town of Ware!
By now we got a little bored of waiting for the fog to lift and went to watch an empty track at Wipperman. The taxi was going round, w00t!.
Still foggy
Still foggy
Tehn we heard noise and the first car was out. Of course it was the ringmini
Followed by a quick M3
Then more followed, a mixed bag really
Dave ha another p1ss
Then Jon had a p1ss
Whilst near Wipperman we had the ultimate carb diet for kings of chips, salt and very bad coffee. A ring must!
Some more sex parked up
As the cars were out we went back up to attempt laps
Sadly another closure, a power ranger had decided to cut the grass so we had to wait. But once opened again we made our way onto track for lappage. The pilot, hi!
The 1.2 didn't go too bad to be fair. Who needs brake after all.
Then the big boys came through thick and fast
Something ugly and french about to get owned
Kesselschen was interesting, very laid back
A few more corners and Jon could finally show off in front of a crowd
We did another lap and then yet again the track was closed. So we had a 45 minute wait on the straight for it to re-open.
Watched a few toys run by
After another lap it was time to make our way home sadly. So uber back pats and man hugs with grumpy and we set off for calais. Here's a few of the interesting trip, helped on by some classic tunes.
Arty!
We put the world to rights
Patrick Bateman FTW
Finally arrived at the tunnel which seemed to take an age
Didn't really get excited to see our train
We got on
And had a snack!
That's about it really, thanks to my special friends and the one that couldn't make it
