tripping out

i have got a sound sytem it consist of alpine headunit jbl components jbl coaxial jbl 6*9 two jbl 1200 subs which is running of a mutant 1200 watt monoblock and my 6*9 are running of a 400 watt amp when i turn it right up and some nice bass comes along it trips out just woundered if any body knows why.
is it cause the headunit is getting to hot or the amps felt the amps and they dont feel hot but i can here thr headunit fan on

if your alpine gets too hot you will het something like HI TEMP on the display.

i'm guessing you are getting a high volt drop and the amp is cutting out

more than likely a bad earth

whould a capaciter sort out the volt drop

nope not even close

just check your earth on your chassis for the amps

where is the best place for a earth i currentley have it on the bolt wrer the black plastiic cover isjust behind the back seats

yeah that is a good point just might need adjusting

also have a look at getting a better earth from you chassis to the battery in the engine bay

it might look like a good earth in the boot but might not be( it thought i had a good un but wasn't)

the cable used to connect your batt - to the chassis is really small and can sometimes cause problems

looked at all the wires and re plugled them all gut it still tripping out
