Cambelt not done apparently, I would hazard that neither has the aux belt.

Not really, just tryign to get as much info out of the chap as possible for others.

So far it needs the dampers doing, cambelt not done, & i expect the aux belt hasnt been done either.

Proof (as if it were necessary) that low mileage, does not necessariliy mean that a car has been looked after.

And yet no one wanted to buy mine due to the mileage on it
