Trophy in Blackburn

I saw one at Eanam at 11.20 parked up. It was PL 55 UDD i think. It has a CS sticker in the rear window.

Was it outside car audio ? On an angle at the front of a carpark ? If so was me FL55UOO was up around 11.15
