TRS tow strap fitting??

Iv just ordered myself a new Silver TRS tow strap for the front of my 2004 182.
Just wondering how i fit this please ie: bolt length etc… ?

i think its a m16 bolt and the tow strap hole needs to be made bigger to allow the bolt to go through the tow strap and bolt to the car

Don't bother,it will look sh1t after a month,be all faded and filthy.Do you break down a lot.?

Genuine question if you break down and the AA come out, will they tow off a strap? as they use the spring bar.

mine worked great when my car broke down and a kind man with a honda crv pulled me off a busy junction lol.

i have a spare bolt for one if you need one sent out, i think its an m16 bolt.

you will need to get the hole in the tow strap bored out though.

Got a black one on mine, m16 bolt. Bracket on tow strap does need widening. Got luck on that as mine ate a drill bit and take the bumper off, so much easier to fit

Works on a rope, but as dajones mentions though, if you want to tow on a sprung bar (much easier than a rope from the brakes side of view) they are useless.
