True Naples Red

ive seen quite a few cars saying naples red, isnt this supposed to be a real rare color ? below are 2 cars both reported as naples red, any opinions on which one is/isnt ?

afaik that isnt Naples red, though i could be wrong obviously

Maybe its the quality of the picture? The only metallic red available was Naples Red I thought on a car of that age.

Interestingly enough, I reckon that the flat reds are rarer on the Phase 2 Clio 16v. Also, there doesnt seem to be a definitve colour for the Clio 16v - unlike say the Saxo VTR/S (met blue, especially earlier on), CTR (black), or 172 Mk1 (silver), although I see a lot of metallic blue ones.
