Tuner list or update list

I know this type of thread has been posted loads before (I would know I've been searching!) but I haven't found an answer to what head unit my 2004 non cup 182 would have had, I tried Renault at they didn't know.

Basically it has a horrid aftermarket Sony in and I would like to put what should be in it back in but apparently the wiring is different so unless I know I could end up with one that doesn't work!

Is that because it's a 2004 model? Because most stuff I've found suggests the 182 has an update list but that might just be for later models I just don't know!
