Tuner List/Update List HU Differences?

whats the difference between the Update List and Tuner List headunits? and what is the compatibility?

The update list hu's dont work with the older tuner lists cd changers. Also the cabasse update lists have a higher wattage output.

Update list works off canbus and other one doesnt.

Sorry for the hijack but I want to put an original head unit in my 182 Cup (2004 / 54), does anyone know how I tell which one would fit as I've bought one before that had the wrong connection for the steering controls?

Should I look for a Tuner List or Update List unit?

so whats the compatability as far as what year clios etc goes? ive got an update list unit from an 05 dynamique, wanting to sell it, so what will it fit and what won't it fit?
