Tuner -> Update List Swap

Hi all,
My CD player has decided to stop playing CDs, so I'm going to replace. Can someone tell me if I can swap out a ttuner list radio for an update list radio without any issues? I've seen the aux cables on eBay for the update list radios.

They're not interchangeable. If you have tuner list you'll need another tuner list unit.
