Not going to argue about the Evo 3 they are a smart car but I havent seen one for less than £7k?

I may even be incorrect about my 1/4 mile times, its been ages since I read the article! but if they are 12.9 std then it will be miles quicker as i bettered the std 0-60 by just over a sec..

Been looking on the internet for a few days now and have been tempted by Lancer Evo 2 and 3s for 5-7k. Is there any advantage in getting a 3 over a 2 apart from obvious age difference? Delta Integrale is nice but too fragile and LHD.

Theres a few differances.

front seats

better turbo(some argue(sp) the best turbo on any evo...)

Tiny bit more power(about 10bhp)

higher compression tho so cant run as high boost..

differant front bumber with front splitter etc

carefull of evo 1-2 can have rusty roofs because of glue used. No problem on 3

differant steering wheel

wider track on front

2 intecooler water jets instead of one

all I can think of at the moment )
