Turini fitment

Car  SLK 350
Hi there,

Picking up some turini's (16" off a cup) this weekend for my mk2 172, and was wondering if the offset is liable to cause any rubbing if/when i get my coilies.

Whats the offset difference on OE 172 wheels compared to turini's?

Cheers.

So im going to gain 5mm (10mm overall) of track?

Hmm...anybody else fitted Turini's and found that the gain in track makes the ride/handling ropey?

Cheers.

Smaller ET gives wider track......So you won´t loose 5mm as the wheels sits further out in your arches with cup wheels.

Mine rub & I'm only down 10mm.. but these Khumo's are the highest / squarest sidewall'd 205/45's I've ever seen...
(Uniroyal 205's dont rub)

They will sharpen turn in a little but make the car a little more skittish.
