turning off air bag lights

ryt i have stripped my clio out and will be getting bucket seats i have a racing wheel to so i have no airbags just removed the passenger 1 aswell coverd it up i bought some 3.3 ohm resisters and wird them up but it did not turn the lights off so how do u do it there ar the 4 points that will need a resister both seat tenshioners and both bags
i read a thred and that sed for the wheel u use 2 on the tape loom one in it eatch plug hole but i thought u brighed the wires together am i doing it ryt

i was told that but wen i asked thE garage t use the diagnostics he sed it just kept recycling the fauls like passenger tenshioner driver tenshioner passenger air bag driver air bag amd the again and again so those fault code finder on ktec or ebay will they work

You will need the Renault clip system mate in order to turn them off

Maybe not then mate, i had the airbag light up on mine. just plugged it in and deleted current faults and it dissapeared. could be a different cure for your fault.

You can do it with resisters or via Renault software.

On my car I did both.

i have a similar problem, the driver seat airbag exploded, so i have to change the airbag module??
i've got a new airbag but the light is still on

Yes, lol. Mike turned the lights off the dash for me when i fitted my buckets.
