TV Packages

I am moving house in the next month and looking at what TV packages there are to start off with, i.e cheaper alternatives to Sky subscriptions, I'd be interested to hear what several people have and what it includes as I don't really have a clue at the minute.

Ideally I would like something that gives catch up tv, netflix, recording live tv etc. Would like to have sports on there but guessing that comes at a premium.

Sky, it's expensive but you get what you pay for. My mate has virgin and the box/interface is so slow and clunky to use.

Youview is the other alternative

Have a look into stream boxes you need boardband for them but a good alternative

I was looking at the Youview box and getting that as part of a deal with BT/talktalk in with the internet, seems quite good.

I like the look of the Roku 3 box too, one off £100 and can get Netflix, iPlayer etc. through it.
