TV -> Surround Sound Audio Question

Probably an easy answer for someone.

I have the Sony DAVDZ260 Surround Sound & Sony KDL40w4500 TV.
My optical port is in use, and Ive bought a coxial cable to try and get sound from my TV (when watching TV or Sky (HDMI1) through my surround sound)

So surely on the surround sound its Number 7 directly next to the Optiacal port, but which input/output on the TV...?

Or am I being a complete Noob and it actually has to connect via my Sky+ box to surround sound? I know that I have to set the sound output on my TV to surround rather than Internal Speakers but I just dont know where to plug the damn cable!
