tweeter placement

Hi All,

Im about to replace the factory stereo in my new 172. Was curious to know if most just replace the factory tweeters under the dash or actually move them to say the side mirror interior trim for better imaging <sp?>.

I will be amping the front components and re running new cables so cable placement is not an issue.

Comments from your experiences will be greatly appreciated

i am just going to replace the factory ones using the existing pods, purely for stealth dont know if i would notice it more if placed elsewhere???

I think toull need to take the whole dash out to replace standard ones properly. Mine just sit on top of standard grilles.

Well the dash off job doesnt phase me,

I just want the best placement I can get.
