Tweeters - installation

and before you ask no you cant prize the tweeter covers off.

and if you can thats not how you do it.

Easiest to remove the dash. See the article on the main site if you are a member for a guide though it is quite easy.

Other than that you can twist and remove the tweeter grills on the dash but its a little difficult. Also the tweeters are actually quite small (my new Rocky ones didnt fit in the OE hole and are now mounted in the grill as i cut a hole with a stanley knife).

hmm i wanted to do so without getting my dash out- too much of a job 4 me... wanted to make it much simple.

are u sure i can take off the cups by turning them ? since i tried so for like 5 mins and aint getting out :(

It can be done but is hard and easy to bugger it. Basically mate take the dash out is THE best way. And if your amping your components choping into the OE wiring is the best way as sorting out the wires in the door plug is an absolute b**ch.

Look at the pics I posted. Dash removal can be fun!
 


tho i need some specs how to do so...since im not a member i got no clue how to do so without breaking my car into two...
