Two iphones on one PC

Just awaiting the arrival of my IP4 and was wondering if itunes can deal with two iphones or will it try to back up mine as the misses etc?

Or is worth just setting up two user accounts on the PC and running itunes seperatly for each mobile.

Yes it can be done easily by creating a second library.
