can you clean this out once you sprayed it in? and get the puncture repaired if its in the middle two thirds of the tread. or do you need to get a new tyre?

i think it can be cleaned out. But unless you do it yourself, i doubt any tyre place could be arsed.

Yeah as said, it should be possible, but a lot of places will refuse.

Also, If you get a bit splashed on your wheels when they are changing it, make sure you clean it off immediately, i left some on my old cup wheels for a week and it NEVER came off!

Most of the time it doesnt even work, and yes you can repair it after, but it all has to be cleaned out, not nice, dont expect a friendly service from the tyre chap lol

I just got a can of tyreweld from asda (cheaper than halfords), but I have also just got a spare clio wheel to keep in the car too, as the cans are useless.

I used it once and it seemed to work ok - but i wouldn't drive far on it.
