Tyre Judder....

  Clio 172 ph2
Hey all,

I've looked through the forum and can't really find my problem, so here goes...

When driving along and I decide to turn left whilst accellerating at 20+ MPH, the O/S/F tyre sounds/feels like its juddering and not gripping. When I turn right at any speed, it's fine.

Tyres have good grip and tread and are at 32psi.

Any ideas?

Cheers...

I had that when my front LS shock was buggered but now replaced it no longer does this. For me it was really bad if you went over cat's eyes while accelerating.

Might be another possible thing to have checked?

haha... cheers guys, will do all the above. Lucky my uncle has a wheel balancing machine! If it ain't that or the tracking, will replace the front shocks.

What do you think I should do? Get two new front shocks or go coilovers?

I'd check the driveshafts before you go spending any money.
