The "book" pressures are the same accross all mk2 renaultsport clio's, so make of that what you will - its nice experiment to find what the best pressure to run is anyway, I've never stuck to manufacturer figures.

33 psi front and 30 psi rear (cold) is quoted in uk handbook but Renault figures are actually 2.2 bar front and 2.0 bar rear (which is closer to 32 front and 29 rear).

The online resources are unhelpful as they often just list the first-of-type specification tyre size and pressure. In the clios case this means phase 1 172. Some show the phase 2's 16 inch wheel size but none seem to refer to the 182 as having 205/45 r16 tyres ???:S

I always ran 2.0 & 2.2 bar in all my mk2's
