tyre pressure question

What PSI should i have my tyres at? they are clio ph2 172 alloys with 195/45/16 toyo T1-Rs on? had a look in the hand book but didn't say, chears.

it only stated pressure for 14" steels.

My cup's (I assume they're the same, tyres are the same size) are about 32-37 front, 31-33 rear.

I believe the book says 33 at the front, 31 at the rear. That's for an unladen car

182 is 33 front, 30 back...
