tyre pressures

hi, this is the first time i've used the forum. i've just upgraded the alloys on my 182 to 17's with 205/40/17 tyres but i'm not sure what the pressures should be, can anyone help ?

Try 33 and 30 but everyone has different preferences.

Regardless of wheel size and tyre size etc should you always put the presure stated in the car handbook in?
