Tyre Pressures

Hi, sorry if been posted before but i have quite a long journey to make on tuesday and have just checked oil, water etc was going to check tyre pressues they all seem ok but what pressure should they be at? i find my front tyres wheelspin really easily but the tread is fine.

35-40? My cars only a 1.2

Tyre pressure is always asked on here, just use the search.

Wheel spin could be the wet and bad tyres etc.

Usually 32 front, 30 rear for me.

Got toyo proxy t1r's on hte front now though and they didn't seem to grip at all at this pressure so had to fiddle with the pressure a wee bit.

now sitting with 26 at the front, (toyos) and 28 at the rear (exaltos) - seems to have solved my prolems.

I blame garages to be honest...Whenever i get new tyres the first thing I do is check the pressures as 9 times out of 10 they pump them up to around 40psi!!!

Feels like you are on bike tyres ffs lol
