Tyre pressures

I have reccently bought a new set of a alloy wheels and tyres. They are 195 45 R15s and i would like to know what tyre pressures would be ideal on a 1.4 RT mk1 clio. Also im looking into buying a coilover suspension set and would like to know what people recommend?

as for the pressure i would recomend 33 on front and 30 on the back mate, think everyone would agree, not sure on the coilovers though
