Tyre sizes

Hi - owned my 182 for a few months now and front tyres need replacing soon. Previous owner fitted 195's up front and 205's at the rear. Any possible reason / advantage for doing so??? Car sits fairly low but I don't envisage any clearance problems????

What suspension and how low. He may have done it as it scrubbed.

The 182 come with 205 as standard iirc

205`s are susceptible to tram lining, cost more, but look a better fit & offer more rim protection.
There could be a clearance problem if spacers are fitted with the 205`s.
