for my Clio 16valve Phase 1 alloys on my MK1 RSI, will these be the right fit?

195/45/15 fit on 16v alloys, yes.

I went the way of good looking tyres - Toyo Proxes..

Look great, grip not so great..

When it comes to tyres, get good ones..

As for those, I dunno what they are like..
