Tyres on same Axle

I had a blowout yesterday, the car since I bought it has 4 Nokian Winter tyres all the way round all decent tread.

The spare alloy I put on is a normal Dunlop all weather/summer tyre.

Is it ok to have a winter and summer tyre on the same axle? I have looked online and can't find a definitive answer just they have to be the same size.

Fine as long as its the same size.
