Underseal

Whats the easiest way to remove underseal and seam sealer :-(
been using a SDS hammer drill and a angle grinder
but its not working very good lol
whats and easy way to remove them

wire brush on a drill bit?

stanley blade?

id go with grinder myself

grinder is working fine with the underseal but its hard to remove the Seam seeler with the grinder. as its in really hard to reach places :-(

cut it out with a stanley blade, apart from that, aint really a better way to get rid of it unless you heat it up n scrape it out with wallpaper scraper or blade
