Underseat active subs

Anybody got an actiove sub which fits under the drivers seat? Are they any good? Even any pics of them in the boot. The alpine swe 1000 looks good

Remember Chris Harris (Autocar) having one in his vee, said it did the job very well.

I have indeed...the alpine one you mention. Can't comment on it yet as i've not fitted it! lol...On my to-do list.

They are very good value for money, especially for such a small unit. Not sure if it'd fit under the seat coz I had an amp under there. I've thought it would fit though. It took up next to no room in the boot of my car. I stood mine upright on the LH side at the back corner.

I tried it this morning for you and it doesn't quite fit i'm afraid. It rests on the front bar and the recess is too small, but saying that the seat does clear the top of it. Depends where you wanted it to be I guess.

The pioneer TS-WX11A is quite a bit smaller and looks like it would fit under the drivers seat. Its suppossed to be quite good.
